الشروط والأحكام

مرحباً بك في موقع شركة إتيان البلاتينية للتجارة. باستخدامك لهذا الموقع فإنك توافق على الشروط والأحكام التالية.

١ — عن الشركة

شركة إتيان البلاتينية للتجارة شركة سعودية متخصصة في توريد قطع غيار وصيانة معدات المطابخ التجارية والمغاسل، مسجلة بالسجل التجاري رقم 7006616077.

٢ — المنتجات والأسعار

جميع الأسعار المعروضة بالريال السعودي غير شاملة لضريبة القيمة المضافة (15%)، ويتم إضافة الضريبة تلقائياً عند إتمام عملية الدفع
نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل الأسعار دون إشعار مسبق
صور المنتجات للإيضاح فقط وقد تختلف قليلاً عن المنتج الفعلي

٣ — الطلبات والدفع

تُعتبر الطلبات مؤكدة بعد استلام الدفع الكامل أو إصدار أمر الشراء الرسمي المعتمد
نقبل الدفع عبر التحويل البنكي ووسائل الدفع الإلكتروني المتاحة على الموقع
في حال تعذّر توفير منتج بعد تأكيد الطلب سيتم إشعارك فوراً واسترداد المبلغ كاملاً

٤ — الملكية الفكرية

جميع المحتويات على هذا الموقع من نصوص وصور وشعارات ملك حصري لشركة إتيان البلاتينية للتجارة ولا يجوز إعادة استخدامها دون إذن كتابي مسبق.

٥ — المسؤولية

لا تتحمل الشركة المسؤولية عن أي أضرار ناتجة عن سوء التركيب أو الاستخدام غير الصحيح لقطع الغيار. يُنصح دائماً بالاستعانة بفني متخصص للتركيب.

٦ — الخصوصية

نلتزم بحماية بياناتك الشخصية وفقاً لسياسة الخصوصية المنشورة على الموقع وأنظمة حماية البيانات في المملكة العربية السعودية.

٧ — القانون المطبّق

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية وأي نزاع يُحسم أمام الجهات القضائية المختصة في جدة.

Etian Platinum Trading Company is a Saudi company specializing in spare parts supply and maintenance of commercial kitchen and laundry equipment, registered under CR No. 7006616077.

2 — Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) excluding VAT (15%), which will be added automatically at checkout
We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice
Product images are for illustration purposes and may slightly differ from the actual item

3 — Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or an approved official purchase order
We accept payment via bank transfer and available electronic payment methods
If a product becomes unavailable after order confirmation, you will be notified immediately and fully refunded

4 — Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, and logos is the exclusive property of Etian Platinum Trading Company and may not be reused without prior written permission.

5 — Liability

The company is not liable for damages resulting from improper installation or misuse of spare parts. Professional installation by a qualified technician is always recommended.

6 — Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Saudi data protection regulations.

7 — Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts in Jeddah.
