1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Etian Platinum Trading Company website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Orders

All spare parts listed on our platform are subject to availability. Prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are exclusive of VAT (15%) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of written purchase order or approved quotation. Minimum order values and lead times apply as communicated at the time of quotation.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 30 days from invoice date for approved B2B accounts. New accounts require advance payment. Accepted methods: bank transfer, SADAD, or company cheque.

Late payments are subject to a 2% monthly charge on the outstanding balance.

4. Warranty

All genuine OEM parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Alternative parts carry a 90-day warranty from date of delivery. Warranty is void if parts are installed incorrectly or modified.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, and product descriptions is the property of Etian Platinum Trading Company. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Etian Platinum Trading Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the invoice value of the product in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jeddah.
