Job Description

Responsibilities:
- ⁠  ⁠Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting hotels, restaurants, cafés, and institutions requiring periodic, preventive, or corrective maintenance contracts, as well as spare parts and equipment supply.
- ⁠  ⁠Conduct daily field visits to potential clients to present pricing proposals and communicate the added value of the company's maintenance services and products.
- ⁠  ⁠Effectively negotiate long-term maintenance contract terms and close deals in line with assigned sales targets.
- ⁠  ⁠Build and maintain sustainable relationships with existing clients to ensure contract renewals and a high level of service satisfaction.
- ⁠  ⁠Submit periodic reports to management covering sales volume, visit schedules, and market/competitor conditions.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience: Proven prior experience in B2B sales; prior experience in the maintenance or facilities management sector is strongly preferred.
Mobility: Must own a private vehicle and hold a valid driving license (mandatory requirement).
Personal Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills, with strong commercial negotiation ability.
Flexibility: Ability to maintain continuous field work and manage time effectively to cover the required geographic area.
