Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind our products — returns made simple

Return Eligibility

Parts may be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided they are:

  • In original, unused condition with original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original invoice or delivery note
  • Not specially ordered or custom items
  • Not electrical components that have been installed

Non-Returnable Items

  • Special-order or custom-sourced parts
  • Electrical parts that have been installed or powered on
  • Parts damaged due to incorrect installation
  • Items returned after the 14-day window

Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@etian.co or via WhatsApp with your invoice number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number within 2 business days.
  3. Ship the item back to our warehouse in Jeddah with the RA number clearly marked.
  4. Refund or replacement will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued via bank transfer to the original payment account. Credit notes may be issued for future orders upon agreement.

Defective or Wrong Parts

If you receive a defective or incorrect part, we will arrange a free collection and replacement at no additional cost. Please report within 48 hours of receipt.
