ETIAN Return and Exchange Policy

This Return and Exchange Policy applies to products purchased from ETIAN, the trading brand of Etian Platinum Trading Company. All return or exchange requests are subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. General Conditions

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that:

– The product is in its original condition
– The original packaging and wrapping are intact
– All accessories, manuals, and related documentation are included
– The product has not been used, installed, damaged, or altered

Customers may be asked to provide proof of purchase and delivery confirmation when submitting a return or exchange request.

2. Return or Exchange by Customer Request

ETIAN may accept return or exchange requests based on customer preference, subject to the following conditions:

– The product has not been used, installed, or altered
– The product and its packaging remain in original condition
– The original sales invoice or proof of purchase is provided
– Customized, special-order, or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from the agreed specifications

3. Return or Exchange Due to Product Issues

ETIAN may accept return or exchange requests in the following cases:

– The product received does not match the specifications or description shown on our website
– The product has a manufacturing defect or fault
– The product arrives damaged or incomplete, subject to review and verification

4. Cases Where Return or Exchange Is Not Accepted

Return or exchange requests may not be accepted in the following cases:

– The request is submitted more than 7 days after the date of receipt
– The product has been used, installed, damaged, or altered after delivery
– The product is missing original packaging, labels, accessories, manuals, or included items
– The product was specially ordered or customized, unless it is damaged, defective, or not as agreed
– The product cannot be restored to its original condition after installation or use

5. Shipping and Return Costs

– If the return or exchange is approved due to a product defect or an error in the supplied item, ETIAN will cover the applicable return, shipping, or replacement costs
– If the return or exchange is requested for personal reasons and not due to a defect or supply error, the customer will be responsible for the applicable shipping and handling costs

6. Inspection and Product Handling

– All returned items are subject to inspection and approval
– If inspection shows that the returned product does not have a manufacturing defect or does not meet the return conditions, ETIAN reserves the right to reject the return or exchange request
– If a customer is asked to collect a rejected return item or an approved replacement item and does not do so within 15 days of notification, ETIAN reserves the right to take the necessary action regarding storage, reshipment, or cancellation, in accordance with applicable procedures

7. Refunds and Price Differences

– If a return request is approved, ETIAN will process the applicable refund within 7 business days, using the original payment method where applicable
– In case of an exchange:
– If the replacement product is lower in price, the price difference will be refunded within 7 business days
– If the replacement product is higher in price, the customer must pay the difference using the available payment methods
