Etian Platinum Return and Exchange Policy
This Return and Exchange Policy applies to all products purchased from Etian Platinum Trading Company. All requests for return or exchange are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. General Conditions
• The customer must retain the signed delivery receipt confirming that the product was received in good condition and free from defects.
• Customers are entitled to request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that:
o The product packaging and original wrapping are intact.
o All accessories and documentation are included.
o The product has not been used, damaged, or altered.

2. Return or Exchange by Customer Request
Etian Platinum accepts return or exchange requests based on customer preference if the following conditions are met:
• The product has not been used and no benefit has been derived from it.
• The product and its packaging remain undamaged and in original condition.
• The customer provides the original sales invoice along with the return.
• The product is found to have a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired.
• Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged, except when they differ from the agreed specifications or have a manufacturing defect.

3. Return or Exchange Due to Product Issues
Etian Platinum accepts return or exchange requests if:
• The product does not match the specifications or description displayed on our website.
• The product is defective or faulty due to a manufacturing issue and cannot be fully repaired.

4. Cases Where Return or Exchange Is Not Accepted
Products cannot be returned or exchanged in the following cases:
• The return/exchange request is submitted after 7 days from the date of receipt.
• The product has been used, installed, or damaged after delivery.
• The product is missing labels, accessories, or original packaging.
• The product has been installed at the customer’s site and cannot be restored to its original condition.

5. Shipping and Return Costs
• If the return or exchange is due to a manufacturing defect, Etian Platinum will cover all shipping and replacement costs.
• If the return or exchange is requested for personal reasons unrelated to product defects, the customer bears all shipping and handling costs.

6. Product Ownership
• If inspection proves that the returned item has no manufacturing defect, Etian Platinum reserves the right to reject the return request.
o If the customer refuses to collect the product, ownership reverts to Etian Platinum after 15 days from the refusal date.
• If an exchange request is approved but the customer refuses to receive the replacement product, ownership reverts to Etian Platinum after 15 days from the refusal date.

7. Refund and Price Difference Policy
• Upon approval of a return request, Etian Platinum will refund the product price within 7 business days.
• In case of an exchange:
o If the new product is lower in price, the difference will be refunded within 7 business days.
o If the new product is higher in price, the customer must pay the price difference using the approved payment methods.
